We typically respond to email inquiries within 24 hours during operating hours. If you're booking less than 48 hours in advance, please mention this in your email subject line so we can prioritize accordingly.

If you're planning to book a route, the online booking form on our main page handles reservations more efficiently than email back-and-forth. You'll receive immediate confirmation of your submitted request.

For questions about specific routes, accessibility considerations, private group bookings, or custom route requests, email remains the best option.

Location context

Our office sits in the heart of ByWard Market, the same neighborhood featured in one of our walking routes. We're surrounded by the history we discuss, which seemed appropriate.

The address itself has stories. The building dates to the late nineteenth century, originally housing a printer's workshop before transitioning through various commercial uses over the decades.

Visit policy

While we welcome email correspondence, our office space is primarily administrative and not set up for walk-in visits or consultations. If you'd like to discuss routes in person, we recommend booking a tour where conversation happens naturally as we walk.
