Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, email address, preferred date, and selected route. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. We will confirm availability within 24 hours.

Payment Terms

Payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Full payment is required before the scheduled tour date. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit payment. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. One free reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability.

Our walking tours require moderate physical fitness. Participants should be capable of walking three to four kilometers over approximately two hours with standing stops. Routes may include uneven surfaces, stairs, and varying terrain.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health status. If you have mobility concerns or health conditions that may affect your participation, contact us before booking.

We are not liable for injuries sustained during tours. Participants assume all risks associated with physical activity in outdoor urban environments.
